Be Careful In The Heat

With the summer approaching, it’s important to remember that the heat can cause extreme damage to your body.

Always be sure to hydrate. Drinking plenty of fluids is a very important task when you and your loved one are running errands in the summer heat.

There are also lots of other things you can do to stay cool, like dressing in breathable fabrics and wearing hats to keep you cool. Remember gardening with your loved one may seem like a good idea on those summer mornings, but the heat can reach dangerously high levels early in the day.

So always be prepared with sunscreen, plenty of water, and maybe even an umbrella for a bit of shade.
